The process includes three steps, i.e., prepare 100 µl of Matrigel diluted 1:1 with culture medium in each well of a 96-well plate; prepare a cell suspension; inject 10 µl of the cell suspension into the solidified gel with a pipette. Then 100 µl of culture medium was added to each well, and replace the medium as required.
